Key Responsibilities:
• Design Scenarios for Testing for new product launches/product modifications/day 2 functionality
1. Business Illustration Portal
2. Digital/Mobile New Business Sales tool
3. Policy Admin System (Life Asia)
4. New Business login Tool for Sales (E Branch NXT, Online Platform, Partner Portals)
• Review and Validate the executed test cases performed by IT Team for 1. Policy Admin System and 2. New Business login tool
• Execute the test cases for1. Business Illustration Portal and 2. Digital/ Mobile New Business Sales tool (Met Premium NXT)
• Post product launch validate the changes via Quality assurance mechanism
• Validate through a structure mechanism Static and Variable for Policy Document & Application form before the changes are implemented
• Ensure proper Record Management is done for the all the FRD/BRD/Validated and Executed test
• Ensure proper knowledge growth for Insurance
• Build automation process/tools for faster product launches and changes
