Key Responsibilities:
Align and execute the overall strategy for establishing and scaling a new national channel.
• Set up 10 branches across India, including infrastructure, hiring, compliance, and operations.
• Build, lead, and mentor regional and branch-level teams.
• Define SOPs, sales processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Drive and monitor sales targets, revenue growth, and channel profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, HR, Finance, and Product.
• Represent the channel at national-level meetings and business reviews.
