Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conducting training programs for Front Line Sales as per defined Learning roadmaps based on vintage
and productivity and regulatory requirements of IRDA
• Providing support to Front Line Sales and distributors by conducting Field observations and
demonstrations
• Regular handholding of Front- Line sales and distributors to drive higher productivity and manage low
performance
• Working closely and managing relations with Regional Leaders of own organization as well as
distributor leaders in the assigned territory
• Maintaining and updating of training records for the programs conducted for the employees of own
organization as well as distributors
• Driving and ensuring adoption for the central /Regional digital Learning initiatives for the assigned
territory of employees as well as distributors (Banks/Channel Partners/Corporate Agents)
Key Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of Insurance company and
distribution partner employees based on the channel the position is being hired for in the location.
Implementing defined learning roadmaps, conducting training programs, field observations and
demonstrations to front Line sales staff, updating and maintenance of training records on Training
Management System after each training session and ensuring adherence to set quality standards of
training delivery. Responsible for overall performance of Front-Line Sales staff of the defined territory as
per the channel.
